Updated! ***Default slideshow mobile fixed position

I decided to rewrite the question because when I reread it and it seemed confusing a bit. My question is this basically when I use a module that is not responsive, in the mobile view it usually continues out of the field of view and I have to swipe to the side to see it all. Continuing off the screenview is fine but I want it to be frozen so that I can't swipe the screen to the side to see the rest of the module. What code do I add and where do I add it in order to make this happen.
