Openshop Theme / module question

I am hoping to get an answer to one question about modules that are too big for the mobile screen. I will tell your first about how the default slideshow acts like I want it too in the mobile view. Even though the slideshow continues off the screen to the right the page stays fixed so that I can't swipe the screen to see the rest of it. That way I can devote one frame of the banner to mobile view. So I bought a html slideshow from opencart so that I can image map links to different parts of the banner. I need to know if I can alter the Openshop css to make any module I use to stay fixed even though it continues out of the line of sight. If I can assign that rule to every page of my site that would be even better as certain probucts have a framed description table that also extends off the screen and disrupts the structure of my site and reveals my background image as you will see in the attched pic. Basically i want the mobile view to always stay fixed no matter what so I cannot swipe from side to side. In the attached pic, the first 3 frames are the html slideshow and the last 3 are the descritpion table. A solution would be much appreciated it as this is my last obstacle before launch.
