this usually means, that you better change to a decent hoster, because professional Software requires a professional Engine.

if OC cannot access a DB, if cannot get any data from a DB either...

Before jumping to conclusion that an object failed to be pulled might relatively be based on a DB issue, can you post what's on line 133 of that indicated file?
