system email can't be sent after updated 2.0.2.0 to 2.0.3.1

hi, anyone can help me with the system email problems which i got after updated 2.0.2.0 to 2.0.3.1, all system email like register email, forgot password email and order email can't work after update, i got this error information

Try going to system > settings > edit store and save the new settings
