Need help currency conversion issue with opencart 2.1.0.2

Hi all,

i am facing an issue with opencart currency conversion, i have two currency in my store USD & INR-Indian Rupees, i have set my default currency as INR(Indian Rupee)
when i add INR as my default currency under settings>local > choose INR as default then currency value gets equal as INR 1.00000 & USD 1.00000 for both under localisation>currencies

and then USD doesn't convert to INR , please find attached the screen shot to understand more


i want to keep INR-indian rupees as my default currency but after sometime it gets change to USD with INR currency sign ...... shows on front store for example :- its shows ₹20 - instead of ₹1321


please please help me to get rid of this issue ..

You need to re save value to 1 for INR.

And also add front end default currency in system - setting - edit - local.

And then add the value for US to 65.

thanks for the reply, as of now i have disabled the auto update currency option under settings its working fine, however i will also try your method.

hi , issue remain the same i have tried the changes by your way also.. actually its not converting the currency to INR automatically .. when choose INR as default currency then value of both currencies get equal under localization> currencies .. its gets equal to 1.0000000 and 1.0000000 for both .. what should i do is there any other way or extension to fix this bug .. i have tried disabling the auto update too.. but no luck ...please help someone
