Missing attribute_group_names

Good afternoon! Please tell me what the problem might be. I install the module. Manually create a product made export and import of the same file will generate an error: Export/Import: Missing attribute_group_names in worksheet 'ProductAttributes'!

You possibly mis-interprete the Situation, you may have added a Module, creating/using some additional 'Values/Variables', not beeing PART of the Default OC Data Infrastructure. Then, you tried to use your IMPORT/EXPORT Extension/Module, to handle Data, as used by DEFAULT OC, but fully unaware of one or more sudden, additional, and therefore unknown, VARIABLES, to be handled, placed, and saved in order.

If this would be the case, you would have to add/declare/define this/those additional VALUE(S) in the IMPORT/EXPORT Files, related, to make them understand this/those new Value(s), and so be able to act accordingly. As a consequence of such, it would be required to contact the Person in charge of this Import/Export Routine. Or by some luck, you'll find some Comments on such around here somewhere. Better ask Google, it's much faster to find results!

I did not do anything to the module. Only one console created goods through the module did export. An error occurred After you import the same file. What do i do? In google the answer is not found

then contact the Extension Provider.
