Hi Guys,

I have just purchased a new sever to host my website, I did the following

downloaded the current database and website files
Uploaded created a new DB and imported the original data
Uploaded site files and edited config files to point to the new DB and scripting paths

Now the website sort of loads but is full of errors - www.endlessprints.co.uk

It seems to be something to do with VQ mod?

Did you just move it or upgrade as well ?

Does this line exist in both you config.php ?

Code: Select all

define('DIR_MODIFICATION', '/public_html/system/modification/');

It looks like you loaded the wrong version of files or you've just created the wrong format for your config files. From the outside, there's no way for us to know for sure (can't see the actual files). What version were you running prior to changing hosting companies and which version of files did you use now?

Thank you that fixed it but now I have an issue with logging into the admin section... I keep getting wrong username/ password.

I have followed a support topic and reset the password in the database but this doesn't make any difference..

Any help on this please?

That could be a real issue with the SALT security. You may want to empty out your database table and re import it.

I have removed all the tables from the database and re imported it again but I still get the same result. I see the SALT field in the database but i'm totally stuck now I have no idea what I am doing. :-\

Hi. I know this is over a year old, but did you find a solution to this? I'm running into the same issue and would appreciate any solutions you may have. Thank you!
