Skip checkout steps 2,4,5

Hi all,

I am trying to setup my checkout steps to automatically skip the billing address, shipping method, payment method. I have already set default free shipping module and free checkout module. I just need to skip straight to confirm checkout.

Anyone know how to go about this? I've heard you can use a .click somewhere in the checkout.php but no idea where I am adding it.
