By OC Default, you cannot do this, OC consists only of 'left' - 'center' - 'right' Sections, among selectable 'vertical' positions.
But you could add something like this:
http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... %20modules
to have more choices in such, compared to the default way of doing such.
