I installed "easy VQMOD installer" instead of VQMOD.com. Questions:
1. will UPS Deluxe works good with this "Easy VQMOD installer" ?
2. Is UPS Deluxe connect with UPS to provide real time shipping cost look up and checkout process ?

1. Yes, Ultimate Shipping can use your other shipping methods to get live rates. What you do is set them up with the appropriate settings, and then leave them Disabled. Ultimate Shipping will still be able to use them.
Note that Ultimate Shipping doesn't modify how the built-in UPS shipping method works, so you might still need to get UPS Deluxe for its additional options. If you install UPS Deluxe, then Ultimate Shipping can use that to get rates as well.
2. No, Ultimate Shipping does not require vQmod. It's a standard shipping method, so it doesn't have any core file edits.
