I've screwed up please help

OK I upgraded to 2.2 using and app on my cpanel without coming here first! and guess what..it did not work properly.

But...hey...I backed up! (but I did not back up the mysql)

So I deleted all the files on the server and uloaded my backup files and...guess what...it does not work properly.

When I click any categories on my home page it redirects to my main domain....here it is..

yeah, never use cpanel updates. lesson learned

Have you checked with your webhosts to see if they can restore a backup from before you did this? They often charge a small fee to do it, but they should be able to restore everything for you.

All sorted, it seems as though when I uploaded my backup the image sizes section in admin looses all it's image sizes and so screws things up
