Product options missing on certain pages...

Hi,

Had a search through the forums but couldn't find any answer to this problem. Hopefully someone can help...

On certain product pages our options and add to cart button have disappeared. Everything looks fine in the back end and the products have been working fine until we noticed we hadn't been selling any of that particular product, then when we checked the size option and cart button had vanished!

All the options have stock as does the product, it is also set not subtract stock. I've tried changing the layout, even adding other options but nothing seems to work...

you seem to have display:none for <div id= Curtains1, <div id= Curtains2 and also <div id= cart Curtains on these pages

Its strange that the layout is like that, its the same layout as all our other products and they're displaying there options without a problem...

whats even weirder is that the options work when using the quicklook option, so they are there...

As it seems no one can help I will post an update just in case anyone else gets the same problem.

I copied a few products with options that were working and then changed them to the curtain product I was trying to sell, I couldn't figure out why but even these would lose the options and the 'add to cart' button when they were edited.

I copied a working product again and after each change I saved and tested it. From this I figured out that the one thing that was causing the options and cart button to disappear was the product title. Bizarrely, when the word 'curtains' is used in the product title this causes the problems on the product page. I have no idea why but I can enter the product title, in this case 'Iliana Silver Curtain' and there wont be an issue but if I add the s and enter 'Iliana Silver Curtains' the page looses the options.

So thats what I've done, left the 's' off. If no-one else gets this problem then my PC/website is clearly haunted...!

Certainly is a strange one but if that works for you then thats all that matters
