"Estimate Shipping &..." shows up despite being uninstalled

I have this problem that I cannot overcome. Despite being uninstalled and turned off, "Estimate Shipping and Taxes" is present on Cart Page. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Is there any way to disable it other then normal uninstalling and disabling?

You should be able to turn it off in the Extensions > Order Totals > Shipping area. Note that it has its own setting, so you'll need to make sure that it is disabled.
