What exactly extension

Hello to All,

I would like to ask about what extension should I get. I am with 2.0.1.1
Here is what I want to change,

First:

Example:
1. Exact price for size: 8x12 in - 20$
Exact price for size: 12x18 in - 30$
Exact price for size: 16x24 in - 40$

Now is look like:
2. Main price: 20$
- 8x12 in - 0$
- 12x18 in +10$
- 16x24 in +20$

I would like to be able to use the first variant with exact prices, without adding. That is the main product itself, in my case, photo.

But I would like to offer Framed Photo, when people choice type of Frame, then I want to be available variant with adding value ->

Frame:
Black Frame for 8x12 in +30$
White Frame for 8x12 in +35$
etc..
