Module for product page - How to get product ID

Hello everybody,

I'm about to code a simple module, which is only to be used on product page.
Here I need to get the product ID (of shown product) into my module to query for my product depending informations.
So how do I get the ID within the module?

Whould be great to get tips and tricks

$this->request->get['product_id'] - will solve your problem
