Hi All,

I need some help on this un-resolvable problem. Tried several ways with no luck.

Installed version 1.4.4.
1. Created DB.
2. Verfied sucessful installation.
3. All ticked in the console and installation completed.
4. I access the store works like a charm. [http://www.morrisnphilip.com/shop/]
5. When i try the admin module. [http://www.morrisnphilip.com/shop/admin/ (admin/mnpadmin123)]
I get the console and when i enter password and user name
On the IE nothing happens and IE dies of no reason.
On Firefox i get the following
Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of
compression.

6. Found some blokes have same issues as i had and tried the following
- Downloaded admin module and re-uploaded to server.
- Downloaded the older version admin module and overidden on server.
- Server-> settings-> ... tried to look for it but could not make any progress on that front.

I have also Installed version 1.4.3 incase there is some problem with the version. I get the same error.

I have enclosed my url and username and pass. Please point me in right direction. Thanks a mil.

Folks,

Finally I figured it out. Its a wee bit of vaue in the db column.

SELECT * FROM setting s where s.key="config_compression";

Change the "value" Column from '4' to '0' it works.

Hope this helps.
