Banner sort order bug?

Hi,

So I did a fresh install of version 2.1.0.2 and when I want to add images to banners I get this weird bug. First when I add an image there is no "sort order" so when I save I get this error message.

Has anybody found a fix to this issue as I'm experiencing the same.

I can see what's causing the issue, when you add a new line to the banner the Sort Order option isn't appearing, it's only once it saves that it lets you change the sort order. Anyone know why it's hidden when adding a new item?
