Character & Word Count next to META/Description

Hi there,

Can someone create a vqmod for the admin panel that puts a character count script next to the product title, meta description, and meta tags and puts a word count and character count script next to the description. If you really want to make it fancy, you could even put a keyword density checker next to the word count as well.
