Adding all countries causes internal server when re-editing

Hi all,

I'm running Opencart 2.1.0.2 on a fresh install.

I've added all countries to one geozone, it saves ok but when i go to edit the geozone it gives me an internal server error.

I've increased the memory limit in my php.ini but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
