Export/Import after update still error / note

Hi,

Recently my OC is updates form 2.0.1.1 to OC 2.1.0.2

When I opened Export/Import I got this message:
Note: You are using an old version of the Export/Import Tool, please upgrade to the new version 2.30!
and I updated to latest version.

After updating Export/Import, it is shown twice within tools and both show the same possibilities and both have this note: Note: You are using an old version of the Export/Import Tool, please upgrade to the new version 2.30!

I tried using both and in both I get this message when trying:
Class 'PHPExcel_Writer_Excel2007_StringTable' not found

What to do to make it work again?
How to uninstall?
How to fix the message Class 'PHPExcel_Writer_Excel2007_StringTable' not found ?
