Export/Import

Hi There

I have installed the extension "Export/Import Tool"

And after I installed it, I went to give it the necessary permissions but I couldn't find it, I have only this theme "Pavo Framework 3.0" installed.
I guess this is the problem -not sure though-, because I couldn't refresh the modifications until I disabled it.
I tried everything, install the files using FTP, but I couldn't remove the associated modules for this theme.
Any thought or help please ?

Enhanced PAV Themes are usually difficult to handle, when it comes to such.
