Cancelled transaction will not change status

Hi all,

im currently running 2.1.0.2 and ive recently had an order which instantly processed as cancelled. payment method was paypal and was working fine (ive since had an order since this and it has been fine) however this one particular order will not allow me to change the status from cancelled to complete.

ive checked paypal and i have received the money, even when i try to override (the override tickbox) the system it still shows as cancelled

has anyone else has this issue ?
