Showing a module in a special area

Hello all,

I'm new in opencart and php. I have installed a module and I want to show this module in special are in header(actually in a popup). I can display it by using layout but its not suitable for me. Can you help me about this issue.

This does not work, as planned, Modules cannot, by default, be set outsite of the PAGE CONTENT Section, and this CONTENT is only placeable between the Header and Footer Section, either in the left, in the center, or right Page Section.

BUT BE AWARE, that some (or all) of those Extensions will ADD some 'Values' to your DB, possibly 'disabling'
the Shop, in full, whenever one decides to remove this kind of Extension again. I had such an incident,
and it forced me, beeing OC Newbie then, to start from scratch....

Therefore, BETTER always make a FULL Backup of your DB, or, BETTER, create a NEW DB first, and copy/paste the entire existing DB-Content onto this NEW DB, by use of your MySql Admin Tool, then, switch your Shop configuration FIles to match this NEW DB Name, to play around with, before you try to install such an extension.
