Export/Import Tool by JNeuhoff

Hi guys,
I have installed the "export/import" tool free extension and it is really awesome.. so thankful for this one!

I am, however having difficulty with the images. My products have been imported, however the images are not showing in the admin or front end of the cart.
I have:
A)
Checked that my files have been uploaded to the website correctl, they are there in
http://www.domainname/opencartinstalldi ... gename.jpg

B) Checked the filepath for the images is correct in the spreadsheet (or is it...)
image/products/subfolder/imagename.jpg

C) Checked the image permissions- ok to read and write....

Can anyone please advise me what I may be doing wrong and/or how to investigate to fix??

I think you're missing the 'catalog' part, a folder inside /image
You'll notice that images outside the catalog are not visible in the admin filemanager either.
Add an image to a product, visit the store and right click the image -> view info. This is your path

UPDATE :: no luck, it still won't find my images... anyone got any other ideas?

I can't see where or why I would put the images in the catalog folder, as this holds the code and theme info not any images, or am i missing something?

I've taken a look, there is a product with an image loaded to it which works and it's path is:
wwwdotdomainnamedotcom/opencartinstalldirectory/image/cache//products/subfolder/imagenamedotextension

Which isn't in the catalog but it works???!!!

The above, however is different to where I have been attempting to put the images, so I will take a look at that.

UPDATE - SOLVED IT!

This below was wrong v

It needed to be ::
/products/subfolder/imagename.jpg

Hope this post can help someone else.
