Banner module not working

Hi, II wonder if anyone can help me?

Also, I have cloned the site to try and work around the problem but get this message now appearing on the front end: Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 408 of 520 bytes in /home/kastancia/public_html/mysite.com/the_shop/index.php on line 67

Any ideas anyone?
I am using Opencart 1.5.6.4

do you really use the 'oc_' PREFIX in your DB ?
