Payments not visible in Checkout

Hello,

I am using version Version 2.1.0.2

I INSTALLED and ENABLED both AMAZON and PAYPAL PAYMENTS STANDARD options. I set up all required information, made sure they are enabled and when i go to checkout the only payment options available are the defaults as shown at the bottom of the documentation here: http://docs.opencart.com/extension/payment/

Cash On Delivery

Am I missing some other config?

can anybody answer please? I have same problem. pay with amazon is Not listed as a payment method. button layout is on the bottom of checkout page separately, Not at the Checkout Step 5- payment option.
How can we list amazon payment on the payment method (step 5)?
button layout given only Left, right, top, bottom Checkout page.
