How add some text to shopping cart subtotal area

Which file should I edit to add red ball image in shopping cart subtotal area? Thought it was the mini cart table in cart.tpl and tried adding a column to the total table but it didn't work. Am using a discount extension; might it override the default mini-cart? Or is cart.tpl the wrong place?

It's hard to say for sure if it will over write your sales discount module but it shouldn't.

Remind me which version of OC you're using again please! Then I can do a better job of directing you to the right file.

Hi Judy! It should be in catalog/view/theme/your_theme/template/checkout/checkout.tpl

I don't know the line number off hand though. Sorry!

Also tested with left-margin spacing (50%), to get it (responsively!)to the right.
You may have to re-adjust this VALUE, to make it your way. ;)

Yayy! Worked, thank you very much, folks. The code is in store/catalog/view/theme/yourtheme/template/checkout and the file to alter is cart.tpl.

For some reason one of three stores persists in using the default cart.tpl instead of the cart.tpl installed in that theme's checkout directory. Consequences are purely cosmetic but it's puzzling.
