ZIP Code based Shipping Charges

I want shipping/delivery charges will be defined as per ZIP code selection. Near location or specific ZIP code will be free and for other ZIP code charge will be defined as per ZIP code.

can you please suggest me an extension for this kind of requirements.

Postcode-Based Shipping can do this if you only need flat rates per zip code. Otherwise, if you need other criteria like total, weight, or volume, you could use Formula-Based Shipping.
