Hi, I've purchased and uploaded the extension Search module by OpenCartWay but I'm having trouble getting it to show and work.
I've contacted them twice now and received no support back, I'm at a loss now what to do.
I've recently added two extensions by other developers and the support was absolutely brilliant so this is a shame.

for 10 Bucks, wasted, I assume, to expect instant assistance, but not even telling anyone, what Version,Theme, Mod's/and Language you have installed, or suplying at least a link, in order to enable others, to find out.

The support is clearly crap and non existent from OpenCartWay so I will stay clear of their products in the future.
Extensions with Open Cart are not the easiest to install, I've installed two so far and both needed tweaking by the support of both developers which was brilliant and I will take a look at their products again.
Looks like I've wasted my money, but hey its only 10 bucks in your eyes so that's ok!
You missunderstud my argument, instead of complaining, about loosing 10 Bucks, you better just supply some information, so, someone would be able to assist.

Money isn't relevant is it? You pay for something so you want it to work, you contact support and expect to receive support.
I was hoping someone connected with the product may see the post and assist or someone else might be able to help.
If they can I can try and provide any info they need, what I don't know.
The developers just take my Cpanel log in details and sort it.
I never did get it working and still can't so can only assume its not compatible with old versions of Opencart, the support from the developer is non existent so I would stay clear.
OpenCart did try and contact them but failed, Opencart did issue a refund though.

I've actually just managed to get it to work, it was probably me not installing right but if I'd have got a response it would have probably been a simple tweak for them.Johnathan wrote:Is the extension still available on opencart.com?
