Need oc 1.4.x designer

Hi guys.
I need a template similar to http://www.harrods.com . I need categories and subcategories to be in header menu with drop-down effect exactly like harrods. Also, before main picture is a slide show of some images. I need there to be our brands listed with the same effect.
If anyone can develop a template like that (excluding images, colors, etc. only layer) i will pay 200 euro.
I needed asap.
