Hello
I just installed Opencart onto iPage shared hosting using MOJO OneClickInstalls. I managed to get to the installation / set-up part however am stumped by this error that seems to have no solution - or even much of an explanation.
Has any one experienced this before? Could anyone help me out here?
My domain is registered with goDaddy but the hosting is on iPage (I didn't know you have to wait 60 days to transfer a domain name between companies).
P.S. MOJO did ask me to update DNS zone file on goDaddy. The IP has changed but the host name still seems to be updating (goDaddy's prompt said this usually takes an hour, so it should be done real soon now).
I left some details out of the screenshot (like passwords) but they're correct as I got them from MOJO.

Why didn't you setup a test site on GoDaddy until you transfer your domain? It would not have cost you any more.
If you have your hosting on iPage you have to create your database there also. Have you done so?
one thing is your host name cannot be incabrothers.com. When you created your database you should have been given a host name for the database connection. That is the hostname that you need

DO NOT EVER GIVE SOMEONE YOU DON"T KNOW ADMIN ACCESS TO ANYTHING!
I am NOT affiliated with OpenCart
Randem is correct. On most hosts, the MySQL server is localhost. It would appear that on iPage it's username.ipagemysql.com where username is your iPage username.
Try that.
Try that.
