Affiliate acting as Sales Agent module?

Good afternoon all,

I am looking for a module that will allow me to assign an affiliate code to a customer account so that all future purchases by that customer will earn the affiliate commission, so far I have not been able to find anything that will do this. The closest thing is a sales agent extension which looks perfect, but does not tie in with the affiliate system, which for me would be perfect for the automated commission payments ro adding credits to the affiliates account.

An example of what I am after.

Customer A is also an affiliate on my site
Customer B signed up following a link given by customer A (this auto assigns customer A as Customers B's agent)
Customer B places order and Customer A automatically receives commission as their sales agent
Customer C signs up normally with no affiliate link, Admin in backend can assign Customer A as their affiliate sales agent
All of customer C's orders now earn Customer A commission using the affiliate system

I hope this makes sense, please advise if you know of a suitable module or a way of doing this.
