Need a module;e but dont know how to describe it...

probably the worst subject description ever.

What I am looking at is probably a bit like a dating app....although its not for dating. Its to allow people to input a profile. I guess a bit like linked in but specifically to let people in a location who fish a particular numbers of venues to communicate with each other.

Any pointers??
