Dear community, i am having problem with my website, after all what i have done, website will go offline and yet my account is hosted and i have installed opencart, it has happened more than 3 times now as soon as am done editing my site it will just go offline just like that, i wonder whats happening if any idea let me know thanks this is the link http://www.craftug.com

All I can say looking at your page is that the "fontawesome" icons are not being loaded properly. You might want to check that first.

so, you cannot use:
http://www.craftug.com
or you have no longer 'font-awesome' working in your Shop.
Configure your Shop, so it automatically changes to the correct linking, if someone call's it by a 'wrong' link.
This would be done by an additional .htaccess - setting.
