Product Option Discount seems to be working fine in your store.
You need to add a selection option(Select, Checkbox, Radio) before able to see the settings and add option discounts.

Option Plugin is working fine at localhost. I have uploaded the website, but when i add the product option discounts in horizontal or vertical it is not appearing in front-end. Though the Cart is functioning well as per prices mentioned in backend with range of discounts in various options of products.
