Extensions (mySql and GD) not active

Installation Problem:

I have installed Opencart, My Sql and PHP on my machine (Windows XP SP2) IIS.

I can connect to mysql via IDE.
Relevant extensions for MySQL and GD are uncommented on ini file.
IIS changes (.php file) were done.
I have restarted the machine.

But,
when I browse to Opencart Web (First time) it displays the page "Step 1 - Pre installation".
But with following 2 lines with (Red) error state.

Extension Current Required Status
MySQL: Off On Error
GD: Off On Error

I would like to know any solution for this problem.

Best solution would be to download and install WAMP Server,

It pre configures everything (mySQL, PHP, GD, Apache, etc..) and you'll be up and running in no time
