Country zones not available

Hi,

When i select Singapore as a country for address, the corresponding zones does not load up. The ajax loader shows up but the Region/State does not populate. The only option is None. I understand that this validation can be commented or skipped but updating core code, but I want to know if anyone has a list for zones under Singapore so that we don't tamper code but has valid date to match up with for zones. Please help.

Singapore has no Country Zones, it's a City-State only, as declared in OC.
Therefore, if some Zones exist,in real, then, you'll have to add them manually.
