v/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php ERROR!

Hi all i have just purchased and uploaded a new theme onto my FTP as I wanted to change a new theme for my existing website. I am on opencart v 1.5.6.4 and had vmod installed. after i copied the new theme opencart folders into FTP and selected the new theme in admin / settings, i got this error message on my homepage when i refreshed it:

Notice: Error: Could not load template /home/headseam/public_html/dayglowvintage.com/catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/content_footer.tpl! in /home/headseam/public_html/dayglowvintage.com/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 90

I was puzzled and went into the original opencart 1.5.6.4 folders to search for the missing tpl file that it said could not be loaded. there wasnt any to begin with. I tried contacting the theme maker last night but i am also in an urgent rush to get this settled as my business/website is already in existence and these additional down time is causing loss of income to me.

The weird thing is that after which i tried to switch back to the earlier theme by changing that in the settings, the website could not be loaded and another similar error appeared (only difference is that its a different tpl file that could not be loaded). The same happens when i select the original opencart theme.

Can anyone provide some immediate solution to this? i cant proceed with anything with this issue stuck here...

The problem would appear to be in a vQmod .xml file that was included with the new template, or the new template has a "content_footer.tpl" file in its "template/common" folder (or both).

Do a comparison between the files in the default template folders and those in your new template folders. If there are any "extra" files in the new template's folder, copy those files to the relevant folder in the default template.

Hello, I am tryign to fix the Error: Could not load template public_html/admin/view/template/tool/error_log.tpl! in public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 90, which display in my friend site .

I put the file error_log.tpl back to the original folder(many times) but that deleted again after some days(without any obvious reason).


It has anyone face similar problem to tell me what to do?
