Remove item from listing when stock = 0

I am looking for an extension that will remove an item from showing when the quantity = 0. I sell comics (www.wevegotcomics.com). I only have one of each. I don't need to show the quantity available either. If I have one, then it will show in the listings. When it gets sold, I want to remove it from the listings because I won't be getting another identical issue. I have been searching through the many extensions, but haven't came across one that will do this. Any ideas??? Thanks!

@tdaubs Thanks for the links. I searched using various key words, but came up empty. One thing resolved. Now, I just have to get my site working again. Changing it to a SSL site isn't easy. 4 days now, and it still isn't working in secure mode.

Did you set the correct URL and paths in both config.php files? There is one at root and another in the admin folder.
