Paypal module problem

Hi i am having problems with the paypal
where you change Canceled Reversal Status:
Completed Status:
Denied Status:
Expired Status:
Failed Status:
Pending Status:
Processed Status: etc etc
they are all blank

any ideas what the problem is and how to resolve
