All In One SEO Module Required for Large Store

What are all you using at the moment? My site is on v1.5.6.4.

Currently I have been using NerdHerds All In One SEO module which is very slow and does not do much of a good job, keeps crashing when checking the sitemap and google has not been indexing my site due the sitemap lagging and freezing.

I need an SEO solution that can do all the tasks such as:
SEO Keywords, Meta tags, meta descriptions etc etc
Also something that will generate a good sitemap automatically when website products or anything selected updates.

Please bare in mind my website has over 30k products and is on a top ranked dedicated server.

have you found a solution for this.
I have been using the same module and it appears it does slow down the website. We seem to have some issues even with checkout being too slow.
