Is there a extension or VQMOD which can take the total of each option QTY, and update the main product listing qty?

would not make much sense, if I order 1 Phone, and 1 Charger, and 1 Battery, I still ordered each 1 pc each, but still getting 3 different Items shipped.

this is not that case,
in my admin backend i use options with QTY,
IE
Red 20
blue - 20
Green - 20
But the main product listing will not add the total qty up so is showing 0 for example, so makes a "in stock " product, "Out of Stock "
i had jay create a VQMOD which totals the qty when press save , but unfortunately this isnt meeting my needs of the business, because i have a connector called ECC by webgility, which automatically updates the qty based on my inventory at warehouse, and do not use a save feature.
Ive put a support ticket in with webgility, hopefully they can find a solution
