Let customer earn commision with own designs.

Hi,

On my Opencart 2.X installation, I want costumers to be able to upload their own designs for some products.
The workflow would be as following:

• 1. A costumer has the possibility to upload an image and specifies for which products the design is meant.

• 2. The image is judged by the admin and if it's accepted, a new product with that design is added to the webshop.

• 3. The new product will be asigned to the costumer in the admin panel and the costumer will be notified that his design has been accepted.

For the part where the costumer gets paid a commision, I've two options in mind:

• 1. Everytime another costumer buys the newly designed product, the designer/costumer will get a commision of a certain percentage

• 2. Only after a certain amount of sales, the designer will get an one time commision. The commision would be a fixed amount that's already stated in the Terms of Services

Can I do the above with an existing module? Is it possible to configure the commision like I stated above? (I don't want to combine the two commision options, it just to tell you I have another option if one option is impossible to make)

It would not be possible, to do something like this with a Module, you would have to redesign the entire OC Setup. It's just impossible, for a Customer, to design an OC Custom Product Page. Just try to create one by your own, then, you will find out, that something like this would/could never work. It's a Framework type Construction, we're talking about, in OC, not a 1-Page HTML template-driven Construct. Forget it, it's of no use, even thinking about, to achieve such.

I don't want costumers to make a costum OC product page or let them add a product by theirselves. The costumer only has to upload an image of a design via a form and if the admin approves, the admin manually adds the product and manally assigns the product to the costumer. If your reply also addresses what I've described above, I sincerely thank you for the quick response and will find another way to achieve my goal.(like your quote says;))
