Vqmod - add to compare

Hello, I have just tried to install vqmod for removing "add to compare" only (i.e. not wishlist removal).

I downloaded, unzipped and copied the file to my root directory (public_html), I set the file permissions to 755, and I went to mydomain.com/vqmod/install and I just get "The page you requested cannot be found" therefore it hasn't installed.

Does anyone know where I may have gone wrong?

I'm using the default template on 1.5.6.4 and downloaded vqmod today.
