[2.1.0.1]Coupon for 1st time costumer & returning customers

Hi,

First I want to apologies for reposting. I figure this is the better place for this topic.

I want to set up an promotion for my shop where:
1. It automatically generate an 1 times code to send to member after register (10% off).
2. It automatically generate another coupon code to send to member after 1st order.
3. The code expired after 60 days of generation
4. Promotion program is limited by IP/Address so customer won't keep creating now account for codes.

Is the any possible way to do that?

I thought about hard code coupon on welcome message and order confirmation message. However, the problem is users can take the second coupon (15% off), and reuse it with a new account. Also, the coupon doesn't expired, and users would get the coupon everytime they place an order, even though they won't be able to use it on that account anymore.

I also found one extension that seems do what I want (at least the send out code after register part). But it seems doesn't work on 2.0 anymore (based on comment). http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... 0generator Is there any others similar one like it?
