Automatically generate coupon code and email out [2.1.0.1]

Hi,

I want to set up an promotion for my shop where:
1. It automatically generate an 1 times code to send to member after register.
2. It automatically generate another coupon code to send to member after 1st order.
3. The code expired after 60 days of generation
4. Promotion program is limited by IP/Address so customer won't keep creating now account for codes.

If there is no extension to do all of them, is there anything that do a part of them? or is there anyway that I can archive some of the requirements?

NOT FOR version 2 but maybe it can be adjusted for version 2?
