Can't add any products on "featured" OC 2.0.3.1

Can someone please help me? I added two products on the featured section without any problem. Today I wanted to add new products, but the "drop down" remains empty. I can't find and add any products. Nothing happens. Somebody had the same issue and knows how to resolve it? Thanks!

Start typing the title of one any product you wish to add in the products box and it will magically appear for you to select it and add it to the featured page.
