I am hoping someone can help as I am a week behind launching my site.
As you may know, Worldpay now have a new integration method with Opencart.
I have registered and all works perfectly well in test and live mode, except....
In checkout you can only process an order if you click CONFIRM twice.
After entering the card details, you click CONFIRM and it says loading...
The button then returns to its normal state, click again and the success page comes up and it sends the order.
Obviously cant have a scenario like this as customers get confused.
Has anyone any idea of what might be causing this. I have tried disabling Vqmod and reverting to the standard cart, but the same applies.
I have Paypal set up and selecting that there is no problems at all, so it is limited to the worldpay form.
