OpenCart 2.0.3.1 and the EU VAT Validation module

Hello, :)

We have just installed the "EU VAT Validation module".

And after a number of tests we finally thought everything was ok. But then this came up on the fron page of our shop.
We have no idea what this is:

if someone have any idea or suggestion what we can do please inform us :D
