Amazon Payments US

I just upgraded my store to 1.5.6.1 for the integrated Amazon Payments feature. However, when I go to configure this there are only 2 Marketplace selections Germany and United Kingdom. I am from the US and have all my Amazon information in order but see no way to configure it for US. Am I missing something?
